SHIPPING & PACKING
EXW. Marrakech
All prices are not including the freight & packing cost .
Orders are shipped by road, by vessel , or by air depending on your location, the quantity ordered and your choice.
Due to the size of some of our products, some items will be shipped in oversized cartons which may result in higher
freight & packing cost.
PAYMENT
Nomad Flow accepts bank money transfert (over $ 100), irrevocable confirmed letter, cash on delivery*, checks*,
(*only for Morocco & France),postal & bank money order.
The company will require 50% of the invoice value to be paid at the time of ordering with the balance due prior dispatch.
The residue of all amount due shall be paid within 30 days of date agreed by both seller and buyer and if not so paid
shall bear interest at the rate of 3% per month until paid.
Title to goods purchased remains in seller until full price is paid.
In the event it is necessary to file suit to collect all or a portion of the purchase price, any judgement herein shall
include court cost & attorney fees.Both seller & buyer accept that the court of competent jurisdiction will be the court
of Casablanca. Prices are subject to change without notice.
TRANSIT DAMAGE AND CHORTAGES
Goods should be checked upon receipt or should be signed for as "unexamined", and if cartons or external packaging
shows signs of damage, they should be signed for as "received damaged".
Claims for shortage or damage in transit should be notified in writing to Nomad Flow within 48 hours, regrettably claims
not notified within this period CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
GOODS RETURNS
All returns must be authorised by the company. Carriage cost involved are responsability of the purchaser unless the
company accepts the responsability for the costs. A return's number will be given and must be qoted on all packaging.

All items are handmade. Each item is unique. Size, tone, patterns and color will always vary! Don't expect an exact
machine made goods.When you order a rug which is already sold , you have the possibility to get a similar one
Regarding goatskin lamps, mosaic & tahjart tables, you can submit us the design & pattern you'd like to get
and we'll let you know soon if we can realize it especially for you !!
A light wattage ( 25w to 60w max ) is strongly recommended for our goatskin lamps. Feel free to ask us.
We are not responsable for damage caused by misuse of wattage.
We can electrically fit the lamps for an additional 5 € fee per lamp.
