Goods should be checked upon receipt or should be signed for as "unexamined",
A "received damaged" statement & a picture of the damaged article is needed to claim & get the same item
shipped to you for free.
Claims for shortage or damage in transit should be notified in writing to Nomad Flow within 48 hours, regrettably, claims not notified within this period can not be accepted.
